At MeltyCream, we are committed to crafting high-quality, delicious ice cream. We take great care in producing and packaging your order to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is final.
Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:
Damaged Product: If your ice cream arrives melted, unsealed, or otherwise damaged due to an error on our part or during delivery.
Incorrect Order: If you receive a different flavour or product than what you ordered.
What to do if there's an issue:
You must contact us at sales@meltycream.com within 4 hours of receiving your delivery.
Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect product. This is essential for us to process your claim.
We will review your claim and, if approved, we will arrange for a replacement product in our next delivery cycle or issue you a refund for the value of the affected item.
