Delivery Policy

Where We Deliver

• We currently only deliver to the Eastern Suburbs and CBD

• Deliveries Outside Our Standard Delivery If you live in the northern or western suburbs, we can often arrange a special courier. To see if we can deliver to you, please email us before you place an order.

Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are typically made on:

  - Thursday Evening (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)

  - Saturday Afternoon (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

• Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following delivery run.

• However, we will notify you in advance if we plan to deliver it outside of our delivery schedule.

Delivery Fees

• A flat-rate delivery fee of $7.00 applies to all orders.

Receiving Your Order: IMPORTANT

Ice cream is a frozen product and must be transferred to a freezer immediately upon delivery.

• You must be home to receive your order. Our delivery driver will knock or ring the bell.

• If no one is available to receive the order, the driver will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided with your order.

• We cannot leave orders unattended. Due to the risk of melting and for food safety reasons, we do not have an "authority to leave" option.

• If we cannot complete the delivery because no one is home at the scheduled time, your order can be redelivered at another time.
