Where We Deliver

• We deliver throughout Melbourne, including the CBD and the Eastern, Northern, and Western suburbs.

• Please note that orders for the Northern and Western suburbs require a minimum purchase of 5 ice cream tubs.

Delivery Schedule

• We arrange delivery and pickup times directly with you. If items are out of stock, we will let you know how many days are needed for production before scheduling your delivery date.

Delivery Fees

• Eastern Suburbs & CBD: $7.00 flat rate.

• Northern & Western Suburbs: $15.00 flat rate.

Free Delivery: Free delivery on orders over $70.

Receiving Your Order: IMPORTANT

Ice cream is a frozen product and must be transferred to a freezer immediately upon delivery.

• You must be home to receive your order. Our delivery driver will knock or ring the bell.

• If no one is available to receive the order, the driver will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided with your order.

• We cannot leave orders unattended. Due to the risk of melting and for food safety reasons, we do not have an "authority to leave" option.

• If we cannot complete the delivery because no one is home at the scheduled time, your order can be redelivered at another time.
