Where We Deliver

• Standard Delivery Zone Our standard delivery zone is the suburbs or close to mentioned below.

Zone 1:

• Suburbs: Mulgrave, Notting Hill, Wheelers Hill, Clayton, Springvale, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Noble Park North.

• Postcodes: 3170, 3168, 3150, 3169, 3171.

Zone 2:

• Suburbs:

  • Along the M1 Corridor: Chadstone, Oakleigh, Carnegie, Malvern, Armadale, Toorak, South Yarra, Prahran.

  • Along the M3/Eastern Corridor: Burwood, Box Hill, Balwyn, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Kew, Richmond.

• Postcodes: 3148, 3166, 3163, 3144, 3143, 3142, 3122, 3123, 3124, 3125, 3126, 3127, 3101, 3121.

Deliveries Outside Our Standard Zone If you live in the northern or western suburbs, we can often arrange a special courier. To see if we can deliver to you, please email us with your full address before you place an order.

Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made on:

  - Saturday Afternoon (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

  - Thursday Evening (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)

• Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following day's delivery run.

Delivery Fees

• A flat-rate delivery fee of $9.95 applies to all orders.

Receiving Your Order: IMPORTANT

Ice cream is a frozen product and must be transferred to a freezer immediately upon delivery.

• You must be home to receive your order. Our delivery driver will knock or ring the bell.

• If no one is available to receive the order, the driver will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided with your order.

• We cannot leave orders unattended. Due to the risk of melting and for food safety reasons, we do not have an "authority to leave" option.

• If we cannot complete the delivery because no one is home at the scheduled time, your order can be redelivered at another time.
