Delivery Policy

Where We Deliver

We currently offer delivery to select suburbs across Melbourne. Please use the postcode checker on our checkout page to confirm if we deliver to your address.

Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made on [e.g., Fridays between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM AEST].

• The cut-off for weekly orders is [e.g., Wednesday at 5:00 PM AEST]. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following week's delivery run.

Delivery Fees

• A flat-rate delivery fee of [e.g., $10.00] applies to all orders.

• We offer free delivery for orders over [e.g., $60.00].

Receiving Your Order: IMPORTANT

Ice cream is a frozen product and must be transferred to a freezer immediately upon delivery.

• You must be home to receive your order. Our delivery driver will knock or ring the bell.

• If no one is available to receive the order, the driver will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided with your order.

• We cannot leave orders unattended. Due to the risk of melting and for food safety reasons, we do not have an "authority to leave" option.

• If we cannot complete the delivery because no one is home at the scheduled time, your order can be redelivered at another time.
